Hmmm...
How to start?
It was a very occupied yet meaningful and happy weekend :)
Please allow me to list down the activities that WE did starting Friday night:
- Friday - dinner with cousins, watched a late night movie entitled The Amazing Spiderman
- Saturday - selling kek lapis while collecting cheques, met a lecturer and friends
- Sunday - early morning jog, washed cars, went to The National Zoo while babysit, pick up sister at KLIA, collect kek lapis.
So..let me start with:
Friday
WE had dinner at Restoran Murni with beloved cousins before heading to Paradigm Mall to watch the new released movie The Amazing Spiderman late show.
Ok, nothing much. Normal activities for a Friday night.
Saturday
After the early morning breakfast, WE went to Tawakal Hospital to collect some cheques (work purpose). WE manage to get 13 orders for kek lapis along the way. Alhamdulillah. WE supposedly heading to Melaka for a wedding reception after that, but WE decided to meet a motherly lecturer at Beranang. Had some advices and she treated us lunch. Seemed we couldn't make the time to Melaka, so we went to Alamanda Putrajaya to meet OUR friends. Had some chats and went home. Tired, but WE still spend time to watch a football match and a very soothing tv programme that night. Please note that the night events occurred at separate locations.
Sunday
What can I say, the most occupied day but WE manage the time very well. Starting from early morning jog, WE went for a healthy breakfast at Subway. Impromptu decision, WE washed 4 cars (yes, you read it right. FOUR cars). WE took nearly two hours to finish it all excluding interior cleaning. But guess what, the SATISFACTION is there! Feeling satisfied and still smiling looking at the four shining cars, the kids were home. It's time to babysit! WE had planned earlier to bring the two little cuties to The National Zoo. After almost two hours of rest and getting ready, we head towards the zoo at 1pm (hot!) and reach there at around 2pm (of course it's still hot!). And so WE had fun with the kids watching the animals and the animal show, but WE did not take any lunch except for drinks and ice-creams. Spent about 3 hours (yes, the legs are getting tired, so were the kids), WE planned the time quite well to reach KLIA to pick-up OUR sister arriving from Sabah at 6.30pm. Another one hour and a half spent at the observation deck. Hungry us all, after Maghrib we head towards Shah Alam to collect kek lapis and to have dinner. It was then when one of the little cuties vomited, perhaps because milk and peanuts were the only late lunch she had. WE were the bad babysitters :( Thankfully the sister didn't scold US. After cleaning up the cutey and the car seat (thousand apologies to the car owner, I'll clean up the cushion cover), WE proceed with the original plan, and reach home about 11pm.
That night (last night), WE slept soundly, happily and satisfyingly..
