I seldom make food review coz I am not good in commenting foods. Somehow this time I still have the taste on my tongue and decided to share what I had for lunch with colleagues. It was unintentional to eat here as we were planning to eat somewhere else near. Introducing a new restaurant in Taman Tun Dr Ismail - Peruvie Chicken!
The quarter Peruvian Grilled Chicken with 2 sidelines sweet corn and fries. The gravy is more like traditional Malay recipe. My colleague said it tastes like satay's gravy but not really. Surprisingly it goes really well with the grilled chicken and the 'white' gravy. Delicious that it still leaves the taste on my tongue. Price RM15.90
Ice lemon tea in a mini jug just for me! More taste of lemon. I like. Price RM3.90
The manager gave us this fascinating dessert for free! Custard with nuts from Peru.
Peruvie Chicken is located at the corner of Lorong Rahim Kajai 13. Previously it was Penang Village. Well PV is still there being its neighbour. The restaurant manager said PC is same with PV. Perhaps they are joint venture or something.
How we ended up there - actually my colleague was craving for Pavlova at Mukha, located at the same row. It is not our day, the owner was having a fever and she only prepared Red Velvet cupcakes. We decided to have our lunch at Penang Village, and that is how we discover this new Peruvie Chicken! Looking at the menu displayed at the entrance, we assumed it is something similar to Kenny Rogers and Nando's. But for a first timer at PC, I guess it better than KR or Nando's. Perhaps because of the Malay style gravy.
I googled for Peruvie, and I found a more detailed and interesting review of Peruvie Chicken Restaurant and its menu here. I leave it to the expert. Hee.
Take a look and have a try yourself. But please be warned of the difficulties to find parking spots. You might have to re-round the area for 2-3 times just to get a parking.
Dalam tak dapat pavlova, sempat lagi rembat satu Red Velvet cupcake at Mukha. Rich and creamy. Nikmat!

Lakonan Ewan McGregor dan Naomi Watts tak perlu dipertikaikan lagi. Perjalanan cerita mencari keluarga yang hilang sangat menyentuh hati bila kita meletakkan diri kita di tempat mereka. Keluarga Maria Belon adalah salah satu dari banyak keluarga yang bertuah disatukan kembali. I paling suka cara mereka mendidik anak-anak berfikir menjadi dewasa dan tenang menghadapi musibah, especially Lucas yang meredah seluruh ruang hospital yang sesak semata-mata untuk membantu ahli keluarga lain mencari ahli keluarga mereka yang terpisah. Suami dia juga sangat berani, sanggup melepaskan dua orang anak yang masih kecil ke jagaan mangsa lain yang terselamat semata-mata untuk mencari Maria dan Lucas yang terpisah. Masa part husband dia burst out bila dia mengaku dia sebenarnya takut, my Mr pun menangis. I love u Mr :-)

Recommendation
I suka tengok kisah benar. Walaupun pasti ada pertukaran di sana sini untuk memenuhi kepuasan ruang bentuk visual, tapi kita tahu ia benar-benar berlaku. Nak pulak tentang Tsunami 2004 yang mana Malaysia turut terkena tempias. Banyak nilai dan pengajaran boleh diambil.

2. THE TOWER
Synopsis
Mr. JO is making plans for a “White Christmas” party for tenants and
VIPs at Tower Sky, the super-luxurious landmark building complex he owns
in Seoul. Part of the event will involve helicopters circling above,
sprinkling snow on everyone below. Dae-ho, the single father and manager
of the building, is an earnest employee liked by his colleagues and
loved by his only daughter Ha-na. He has a secret crush on Yoon-hee, a
restaurant manager but hasn’t got the guts to tell her. Dae-ho has
promised his daughter they would spend Christmas day at an amusement
park together but the unexpected party plans hold him back. On Christmas
Day, the party is in full swing with two helicopters spraying snow
above Tower Sky. When one of the helicopters crashes into the building, a
fire breaks out and spreads rapidly. Dae-ho is on the move trying to
rescue Ha-na, Yoon-hee and his colleagues. At the same time, legendary
firefighter Young-kee makes his way to Tower Sky, throwing himself into
the burning building and bringing the blaze under control, helping
Dae-ho in the process. Together they fight to save the lives of everyone

Cerita nie sedikit sebanyak menyerupai tragedi WTC 9/11. Cuma lokasinya di Korea dan punca runtuhan adalah disebabkan kesilapan teknikal helikopter, bukan diserang. Best jugak tengok cara-cara bomba menyelamatkan mangsa terperangkap. Part ibu mengandung melintas jambatan kaca twin tower yang dah panas, part bomba nak matikan punca kebakaran dari helikopter yang terhempas dalam menara, part dorang amek risiko masuk dalam lif yang jatuh dari tingkat 60 dengan sangat cepat untuk turun ke bawah, berdebar!
Recommendation
Sebagai seorang yang bukan penggemar K-Pop (ada kaitan ke?), surprisingly this film is worth watching! I can say better than certain similar English action movies.

memenangi Anugerah Drama Rantaian TV Terbaik Anugerah Skrin 2011. Filem Juvana memaparkan kisah Botak, Apek, Ayam, Kicap, Komeng, Panjang dan Daim setelah Wira Bakti ditutup. Daim yang telah dibebaskan cuba memulakan kehidupan baru dan menyambung persekolahannya. Namun, sejarah hitam hidupnya tidak memberi laluan mudah untuk Daim membina hidup baru. Botak, Apek, Ayam, Kicap, Komeng dan
Panjang telah dipindahkan ke sebuah sekolah juvana lain iaitu Sekolah
Indera Sakti untuk meneruskan tempoh hukuman mereka. Di sekolah baru itu Botak mula akrab dengan Apek serta yang lain.
Namun, mereka menjadi sasaran Lan Todak, ketua samseng sekolah itu hingga mencabar semangat setia-kawan di antara mereka.
Keseluruhan jalan cerita dan pilihan pelakon memang terbaik! Zahiril Adzim and wifey Shera Aiyub yang sangat comel dan sweet, cuma Shera macam kekok sikit. Maybe sebab berlakon dengan husband sendiri kot. Then dapat tengok sisi lain Apek. Apek kan sebelum ni very the nice friend, dalam filem nie ada something happen yang membuatkan dia jadi macam Botak di pertengahan cerita. Botak pulak mula menginsafi diri lepas dinasihatkan oleh warden Adlin Aman Ramlie masa melawat Syafie Naswip yang melecur separuh muka angkara Botak. So Apek dan Botak bertukar status. Sangat suka Adlin! Watak dia macam Bront Palarae dulu tapi nicer version. Cuma ada sikit-sikit especially the last part yang masih boleh dibaiki, tapi mungkin itulah realiti sekolah di Malaysia, tak disediakan alternatif jalan keselamatan yang lebih selamat untuk orang awam.
Paling best semua pelakon asal dikekalkan, then ada Sharnaaz Ahmad si taiko yang gaya cakap macam tak lepas, Syafie Naswip dan paling tak disangka Adlin Aman Ramlie! (Kenapa tak disangka eh?). Pastu tetiba ada Nabila Huda jadi nurse yang slumber habis. Sangat bukan tipikal. That's why I love Khabir Bhatia's movies!Soundtrack Babak Pertama dari kumpulan Drama pun is one of my favourite songs!
Recommendation
Salah satu filem yang ditunggu-tunggu! Sebuah sekuel dan penamat yang baik untuk siri drama yang menjadi fenomena I hehe. Worth watching untuk peminat-peminat drama Juvana!
